This month, we’re excited to introduce Samantha “Sam” DeShaw, one of the friendly faces behind Golden Dog Title & Trust! 💙
Sam has been part of the Golden Dog family for a little over a year, and while her career in the title industry began right here with us, she came to the team with something you simply can’t teach a natural talent for customer service and making people feel welcome.
As part of our front administration team, Sam is often one of the first people our clients, Realtors, lenders, and visitors meet. She’s known for staying calm under pressure, being a true team player, and always being willing to jump in and help wherever she’s needed.
She’s also a Florida Notary and continues to learn and grow within the title industry every day.

Originally from South Florida, Sam brings plenty of creativity and personality to the Golden Dog Pack.
🎨 Outside of work, Sam is a talented artist and crafter with a natural creative side. She loves being outdoors, especially on her paddleboard, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and enjoying a really good savory meal.
Family is also a big part of Sam’s world. She’s a proud mom of two daughters one a senior and one a freshman in high school and her feline pack includes Oliver and Pepper, plus her outdoor cat, Vlad. 🐱🐱🐱 Because apparently the Golden Dog Pack has plenty of room for cats, too! 😂🐾
🍹 Fun & Unexpected Fact: When she’s not at Golden Dog, you may find Sam behind the bar at Red’s in Green Cove Springs, where she bartends part-time and apparently her customers love her just as much as we do! Her ability to connect with people clearly doesn’t stop when she leaves the office. 😉
